
Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP)
This program is designed to support parents by providing assistance with their child's daily living needs, such as feeding, bathing, incontinence care, transferring, grooming, dressing, G-tube care, and medication administration. Care will be delivered by our team of licensed professionals.
The In-Home Skilled Nursing Program is available to eligible members under the age of 20 years and 11 months, based on a medical necessity assessment. Our goal is to create a supportive environment for you and your child, ensuring they receive the care they need.
Zero Expense In-Home Care for Children and Young Adults Under 21
Is your child under 21, registered with Medicaid, and in need of help with daily activities like feeding, incontinence care, transfers, or bathing?
If so, your child may qualify for complimentary in-home care services.
